SERVICING AND REPAIRS
We recommend that you have your Gas or Oil Bolier serviced Annually. This service will keep your appliance running efficiently and safely and will help prevent breakdowns by identifying and resolving any issues early (Manufacturer warranties can become invalid if your appliance is not serviced in-line with their requirements).
Should your appliance breakdown we are here to help and we will do our utmost to repair rather than replace an item
GAS & OIL BOILER INSTALLATIONS
The cost of a new boiler and installation will depend on the size of your home and your requirements. .
In order to quote, we will discuss with you, your requirements and we will advise based on these and the size of the property our recommended options.
Once agreed by you, the customer you can sit back and relax and leave it to us to supply and install your new boiler.
We offer a range of Gas Boilers from leading manufacturers including Baxi, Alpha and Oil Boilers from Grant
SAFETY CERTIFICATES
Are you a Landlord or Letting Agent and did you know Annual Boiler Inspections are required by law.
We will arrange to attend the property and check that everything complies with the Gas Safety requirements. As long as everything is as required, we will then issue a Gas Safety Certificate. We will also let you know if we believe any further maintenance is required
SYSTEM SURVEYS & POWER FLUSHING
System Surveys: We carry out full system surveys and provide a report detailing the status of the system and its safety for continued usage. The report will detail all work required urgent or not.
Power Flushing: A Powerflush is a cleaning process for your boiler which removes any dirt, sludge, rust and debris that may have accumulated within your system over time which may lead to a blockage, corrosion, reduced efficiency or even a breakdown.
